Services or events provided by the Local Government that are exclusive to and/or consider access and inclusion for people with disability. Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Communication equipment, technology and materials for libraries
    • Creative and inclusive social media;
    • Accessible IT and inclusion through digital connectivity
  • Innovative complaint handling procedures;
  • Transport
• Events:
  • Consideration and collaboration with the community on their needs for attendance and accessibility:
    • Promotional material includes accessibility information
    • Consideration of access and specialised spaces and/or equipment
    • Tactile considerations
    • Opportunities to participate
